“What a fun, safe and wonderful place to live for families and singles. I am going on my 2nd year living at the Pointe and the amenities and the friendly staff are the best. Weekly fun activities for all ages. The pool is amazing! I have made lots of friends here. #comehangwithusin2025😊”

“Wow! What an ambiance. The service is top notch and the associates are so accommodating. They allowed us to host a party from 5p-8p and from start to finish they made sure we had everything we needed. They ensured we hosted during a time that was also respectful to tenants. Talk about accommodating and first class housing. A well rounded establishment with class. Check them out! You will not be disappointed.”

“We love living at The Pointe Bentonville! With teenagers it’s been nice that they can hang out with their friends in safe environment while having fun! We were able to host a sweet girls sweet 16 and the concierge Chasity was so nice and so helpful! These kids were able to have a clean, fun night!”

“I have been here for almost 8 months and have highly enjoyed the experience. The club house and amenities are outstanding. We have been able to have reserve Watch parties in the theatre room, a great sweet 16 birthday party that was a safe place for the kids. From the day time office staff and the evening concierge we have nothing but a positive experience.”

Also, as someone who frequented the gym, I enjoyed the equipment selection and the number of machines. In my interactions with the staff, they were always friendly and helpful. “I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say about where I live. The apartments, amenities, staff make this such a safe, fun and comfortable place to live. Any issues or problems I have with my apartment the staff always go above and beyond. The community here is great every Thursday the apartment puts together a community event so we can socialize among neighbor, what other apartments does that?! Thank you to the Pointe staff and community. Now that you read this sign the lease won’t regret it!!”

“I moved into The Pointe from out of town at the beginning of the summer and have loved it so far. I’m new to Bentonville so the events they put on for residents is a huge plus for me because it’s a great way to socialize and get to know people and find out the best things to do around here. Also I work from home so it’s also nice that the complex is very quiet. Staff has been really nice to me and maintenance does a great job of keeping the complex clean. The pool was great during the summer and the gym is pretty nice. It has several machines and dumbbells up to 75 lbs so it’s good enough for me to not have to purchase a gym membership so I’m happy about that. Thats not even everything I li…

“I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Pointe the last two years. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, spacious parks, and XNA. The amenities, including a fitness center, pool, and community lounge, are well-maintained and enjoyable. The apartments are spacious, with modern features and excellent soundproofing. The staff are friendly and professional, creating a strong sense of community and the weekly Happy Hours on Thursday’s are great way to meet new people if moving from a different area of the country. Overall, the complex offers a good value for the quality of living. Highly recommended!”

“I loveee living here!! The staff is so nice and helpful and the community of people are always so friendly. You really feel like you know everyone here, given the amount of events they throw here… from an annual pool party with a DJ to thirsty Thursdays💦 Not to mention the amenities🥵 the pool is stunning and the gym is great for being a smaller gym. Great location too!! Anyways, come live over here u won’t regret it 🙈”

“I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful property. My husband and I have stayed at The Pointe in Bentonville twice now. We are currently building a house and renting a corporate unit. We are very pleased with management and the well kept furnished apartment. If you are looking for a beautiful place with all the amenities needed, go check out The Pointe in Bentonville. Also tell the property managers (Jodeci & Heather) to keep up the great work! :)”
